Marquis Gasque, professionally know Mighty Mark, is a platinum producer and DJ creating a revolutionary path for the future of Baltimore Club Music. Mighty Mark has been a pioneer in the Club Music world for over a decade, with his first steps in the scene dating back to 2007. Through his every production and remix, Mighty Mark strives to exemplify the raw and gritty sounds from his hometown, Baltimore, Maryland.

In 2016, Mighty Mark began to get the recognition his productions deserved. During this time, He produced several songs for TT The Artist, multiple of which were featured in the Issa Rae's Emmy Award-winning HBO series, Insecure. This milestone would give Mighty Mark the validation he needed to know his hard work was paying off and his music was heading in the right direction. This recognition would only continue; Mark has been featured in publications such as Complex, Vice, Noisey, and Fader.

While continuing to cultivate his craft, Mighty Mark was chosen, alongside a select few emerging across the country, to be a part of the Red Bull Music Academy's Bass Camp at The Bonnaroo Music Festival. During this immersive musical experience he was able to learn and work with influential artists such as Southern hip-hop legend Bun B, Organized Noize member, hip-hop and R&B innovator Rico Wade, and ground-breaking producer and sound designer Richard Devine.

 Mark blends an array of textures and emotions to create exhilarating, 8/4 driven productions, an inherited attribute from Baltimore club music. These electrifying sounds are present in his projects: The Floor Is Ours, Mighty EP, Dark City Beneath The Beat Official Soundtrack, Real EP, and his executive productions on TT The Artist’s Art Royalty. Mark's original releases and remixes have also graced the airplay of Clubs, Rinse FM, BBC Radio, and Radio One FM Stations.

Mighty Mark aspires to take Baltimore Club Music to new heights, and he has been doing just that. With the help of Mighty Mark and others, Bmore club music has been peeking through mainstream sounds. His collaboration on TT The Artist and UNIIQU3’s record, “Off the Chain,” can be heard sampled on Chole Hailey’s hit single, “Have Mercy.”

 When he is not in the studio, Mark makes it his mission to help and advocate for other artists. Mighty Mark current serves as President on the Board of Directors for Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (MdVLA), Through his position with MdVLA, Mark helps creatives in his community with legal problems. In addition to his work he currently holds the position as the Baltimore Program Coordinator for New Music USA's Incubator program where he helps small-budget, artist-led new music groups and organizations generate new ideas, strategies and collaborations at pivotal stages in the group or collective's development
