2 weeks I gave you an up-beat hip hop track and this week I take it back to my Bmore roots with a Baltimore Club Track sampling Indeep's "Last Night A Dj Saved My Life".  I like to experiment with my music an so does my partner in crime TT The Artist! Around the 44 second mark she begins to rap in French!

Gutter Magazine Names Murder Mark ,TT The Artist and Mike-Mike as Artists to Look Out For in 2011


We expect big things from producer Murder Mark, TT The Artist,  Mike Mike and the Z.O.M.E crew. Mark was named 2010′s Best Club Music Producer by City Paper and his “You the Best” track was DJ JBVicious‘s no. 1 club track of the year. We’re eagerly awaiting his collab with TT called, “She Rockin’” which is scheduled for release this year.

Honestly I haven't been listening to any new music besides my own but I have stopped one of my studio sessions to see what this moombahton stuff is about, especially since a lot of people have been comparing it to Bmore Club Music. This Monday I release my favorite joint thus far,"They Talkin Shit". I had to give y'all something different this time around. Even though this isn't a Baltimore Club Track you can hear some of my club roots with the sliced vocals within the instrumental. Trying show my versatility..lol. On this on this track you have the usual suspects TT The Artist and Mike-Mike as well as Z.O.M.E. member K.S.      Happy New Year Everyone. This is my first weekly playlist of 2011 and I have to start the year off bumping some good music! I'm going to have this new track by Eminem titled "Syllables"on repeat all week. The beat has that "Marshall Matthers Lp" feeling and it fetaures Jay-Z,50 Cent,Dr.Dre,Stat Quo and Cashis.

Musiq Soulchild is one of my favorite R&B artists of all time and it always feels as if he says everything that I would say to a girl if i could sing lol. I fell in love with his debut album as soon as I heard it in my Aunt's car one weekend. Even though its old go cop it. #Isupportgoodmusic
Okay...I'm finally jumping on the J.Cole bandwagon. I actually avoided downloading any of J.Cole's previous work and wasn't a big fan of his music. I though he was just another one of them backpack rappers but I changed my mind when a promoter outside a local club handed me a hard copy J.Cole "Friday Night Lights". You can hear the hunger in voice when he spits and I love it.
